This is a bar set that contains two versions of bars, "The Glowing Bar" and "The Golden Bar". Let's start with the glowing bar.
I tried my best to make this bar really realistically GLOW! so in order to do that it had to consist of 3 parts, the (Bar) part which is the functional part on which you click to make your sim make a drink, the glowing (light) part which is the part that glows and it's a "light" object that can be turned on and off, I made it as a light object so that it can glow as much as possible, you can see the effect in the screenshots, and finally the (LED) part which is a led light effect that can be placed below the bar to make it look more "glowy" and it comes in several colors to match well with the bar colors. Also, the bar comes in several gradient colors that help the "glowy" look of the bar when its light is turned on.
NOTE: The (LED) part requires (spa day) pack to work. The other two parts are base game compatible and fully functional.

The other one is "The Golden Bar", this one has a shape that is a bit "rocky" which makes it look more glossy in the golden, silver and bronze colors. It comes in one piece unlike the glowing bar. There's also another version of it that has matte concrete colors. It's base game compatible and fully functional.

A shelves system is also included in this set. There are 3 versions of shelves each one comes in 3 sizes (2, 3 and 4 tiles), and each one has a glass version. You can use them to design any setting of shelves you want. There are also cabinets that match well with the shelves when put below them. The cabinets come in 4 sizes ( 1, 2, 3, and 4 tiles).

Bar stools: There are 4 versions of bar stools in this set. 3 versions come in velvets, and the 4th one comes in glass.

For decoration there's an arched panel that can be set as the background for the bar. It comes in 3 versions, The glittery one, the marble one and the concrete one. This panel comes with another piece that lights/glows, it's a wall panel of glass blocks that come in several color variations. This wall panel is also a light object which means it can be turned on and off. The arched panel can also be used as a regular arch so when it's put without the wall panel, sims will be able to pass through it.
Also for decoration there's a bended wall panel that extends to the ceiling, it comes in both wood and concrete variations.

And finally the lights. This set includes 3 types of lights: A wall lamp, a floor lamp and a pendant lamp. It's designed with crystal and has a rocky look that matches with the look of the golden bar.
